This tester is used to test the bacterial filtration efficiency of protective equipments.
The Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) tester consists of an aerosol generation system, aerosol chamber and aerosol transmission device, negative pressure operating system, 28.3L/min sampler, etc. The aerosol generating system includes: peristaltic pump, aerosol generator, compressed air and purification device. The aerosol chamber and the aerosol transmission device include: aerosol chamber, high efficiency air filter, suction negative pressure fan, etc.
PLC control, real-time display of working status, whole procedure is completed automatically.

Software parameters calibration
No. 1 and No. 2 sampling systems use oil-free rotary vane pumps, with stable air extraction, equipped with a silencer, and the maximum flow rate can reach 57LPM;
Automatic fault detection;
Built-in high-brightness lighting lamp in the operation cabinet;
Built-in emergency stop switch to ensure the safety of operators;
Operation cabinet made of stainless steel mirror material, biological grade, integrally processed and formed; outer layer made of sprayed cold-rolled plate; inner and outer layers are insulated and flame-retardant;
Front glass door, easy for to observe and operate;
Equipped with two storage boxes at the bottom; equipped with dual-purpose casters for support and movement.
